Public Scoping Meeting Dates Announced for the Enbridge Line 5 Tunnel EIS

The Notice of Intent (NOI) for the Enbridge Line 5 Tunnel Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was published in the Federal Register on August 15, 2022, and the EIS scoping and Section 106 input period will continue for 60 days, ending on October 14, 2022. As part of the public scoping process, the Corps is holding the following public meetings to solicit public comments regarding the scope of the EIS:
