Public Scoping Meeting Dates for the Enbridge Line 5 Tunnel EIS
The Notice of Intent (NOI) for the Enbridge Line 5 Tunnel Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was published in the Federal Register on August 15, 2022, and the EIS scoping and Section 106 input period continued for 60 days, ending on October 14, 2022. As part of the public scoping process, the Corps of Engineers conducted the following public meetings to solicit public comments regarding the scope of the EIS
- September 1, 2022 (Virtual via Zoom)
- September 8, 2022 (In Person at the Little Bear Arena, 275 Marquette Street in Saint Ignace, MI 49781)
- October 6, 2022 (Virtual via Zoom)
Pre-registration for the meetings is not required. Comments during meetings will be limited to 3 minutes.
